{January 9, 2016}   Coffee Milk Punch (Brunch @ Bobby’s, 2015, page 13)

Ingredients:
3 cups whole milk
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1.25 cups bourbon
2 cups brewed chicory coffee, cooled
0.125 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg, plus more for serving

Directions:

1.  Whisk together the milk, half-and-half, sugar, vanilla, bourbon, coffee, and nutmeg in a bowl.  Cover and freeze for 3 hours.
2.  Stir and serve in chilled glass mugs or tall glasses, topped with a grating of nutmeg.
