{March 13, 2014}   Zesty Green Goddess Dip (Cooking Light: The New Way To Cook Light, 2012)

2 c trimmed watercress
.5 c fresh basil leaves
.33 c canola mayonnaise
.25 c fresh flat leaf parsley leaves, chopped green onions, and plain fat free Greek yogurt each
2 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tsp anchovy paste
.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
.25 tsp kosher salt and ground red pepper each

1) Place all ingredients in food processor.   Pulse 8-10 times.  Scrape mix into bowl/serving dish.  Cover.  Chill 8 h (min) or overnight (max).

6 3 tbl servings.
