{July 19, 2013}   Cucumber + Yogurt Dip (The New AHA Cookbook: 25th Anniversary Edition [2011])

1 cup unpeeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
.5 cup finely chopped green onions
2 minced medium garlic cloves
.5 cup plain nonfat or lowfat yogurt
.33 cup fat free, cholesterol free, or light reduced calorie mayonnaise dressing
.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
